30-Ton Marine A-Frame

The OUCO 30-Ton Marine A-Frame is a high-performance lifting solution engineered for specialized maritime operations, offering distinct advantages over conventional marine cranes. Designed with a Safe Working Load (S.W.L.) of 300 kN (30 tons) at the gantry lifting point and a dynamic amplification coefficient of 1.3, this A-frame ensures stability and safety under dynamic sea conditions, such as Sea State 4 (wave heights up to ~2 meters). Its robust construction features a center distance between columns of 8 meters, providing ample space for handling large equipment, while the height from the bottom of the pulley to the deck reaches 6.5 meters at +45° and an offboard span of 4.5 meters at -30°, enabling extensive outreach for outboard operations without compromising deck space. Unlike conventional cranes, which typically offer horizontal rotation, the A-frame operates primarily in a vertical plane, allowing for precise load positioning in confined areas and reducing pendulum motion during critical tasks like ROV deployments, deep-sea sampling, or heavy module installations.
