The OUCO 1.5T@10M stiff boom marine crane represents a perfect balance of reliability, cost-efficiency, and performance for modern maritime and offshore applications. Drawing inspiration from the best-in-class rigid jib marine cranes on the market, this type crane is purpose-built for vessel deck installation and continuous offshore operation under Sea State 2–3 (Hsig = 0.75–1.25m).

Unlike knuckle boom or telescopic cranes, the stiff boom design offers simpler mechanics, higher lifting precision, and lower maintenance costs, making it the preferred choice for shipowners seeking a durable and budget-friendly lifting system.

Each OUCO 1.5T10M crane is equipped with two independent winches, offering enhanced flexibility for lifting, lowering, or handling loads simultaneously. With a maximum lifting capacity of 1.5 tons at 10 meters and 3.5 tons at 7 meters, it easily accommodates a wide range of deck handling, equipment transfer, and cargo operations.

The crane provides a working radius of 1.7–10 meters and a hoisting height of 25 meters, enabling operators to safely handle cargo across multiple decks or from vessel to dock. Its hoisting speed of 0–20 m/min and slewing speed of approximately 0.8 r/min ensure smooth and responsive performance, while the 360° continuous slewing angle and luffing time of about 40 seconds allow for quick and efficient load positioning.

Engineered for tough marine environments, this crane features a rigid structure made from high-strength marine-grade steel, delivering outstanding wear resistance and structural integrity. The marine-grade epoxy coating provides superior protection against corrosion, UV exposure, and salt spray, ensuring long service life even under continuous offshore use.

For additional safety, OUCO integrates collision-resistant frames around critical components such as the cab, crane body, and wire rope attachment points. The electric control cabin, rated IP56, guarantees reliable operation in high-humidity or salt-laden atmospheres. Furthermore, the rotating hook mechanism allows for both vertical lifting and side-load handling, giving operators more flexibility during complex deck or offshore transfers.
