The OUCO 1.7T8.3M Knuckle Boom Telescopic Marine Crane is a versatile marine lifting solution designed to meet the complex operational demands of marine engineering and shipboard tasks.

Combining a folding arm articulated structure with a telescopic boom, this crane offers exceptional load-bearing capacity and adaptability across various working conditions. Its compact design maximizes space efficiency, making it ideal for vessels with limited deck space.

The crane’s core components include a multi-section articulated Knuckle Boom and Telescopic Boom, all powered by a fully hydraulic drive system for precise control.

Product Features

This crane's unique design significantly reduces deck space usage when not in operation—occupying up to 1/3 less space than traditional straight-arm cranes, making it especially suitable for narrow-deck vessels like tugboats and research ships.

The telescopic boom extends the crane's working radius to a maximum of 8 meters, and the simultaneous extension of both the folding and telescopic arms allows for an "S-shaped" lifting trajectory. This feature is particularly useful for complex operations such as ship-to-ship cargo transfer (STS) and underwater equipment lifting.

Additionally, the one-button expansion/contraction feature, facilitated by the hydraulic drive system, reduces setup time to within 15 minutes. The crane is equipped with dual overload protection systems (MOPS and AOPS), real-time monitoring, and an integrated control console for precise and efficient operation.

The corrosion-resistant coatings and use of EH36/EH47 high-strength steel ensure durability, while the choice of stainless steel composite steel plates for critical components enhances its longevity in harsh offshore environments.
